Abstract: The evaluation looked for and assessed evidence of change resulting from CFS interventions with respect to: validity of assumptions; relevance of approaches; quality of performance and scope of results; possible programmatic changes to ensure accelerated results and long term strategies for future development; and potential for sustained and extended CFS action toward further national mainstreaming.
