Abstract:

There are twelve modules in this series (ERC has Module II and Module III and the Manual for the Training of Secondary School Teachers) that are intended to be resource materials for the training of teachers to provide them with background information on Population Education. The modules include Population Situation in Cambodia; Rationale, Goal and Objectives and Contents of Population Education for Secondary Schools; Causes of Population Change; World Population Growth; Population Resources and Environment; Physical Aspect of Adolescent Development; Ovulation and Menstruation; Social Aspects of Adolescent Development; Reproductive Health and Family Planning; Sexually Transmitted Diseases; Sex Roles and Gender Issues; Selected Teaching Methodologies. |
