Abstract:

The goal of the workshop is to provide Gender Awareness Training to selected target groups. The workshop has the five objectives: 1-Identify gender and development concepts. 2-Analyze gender issues in education and their implications. 3-Understand the importance of gender analysis and its implication for development programming. 4-Use gender-sensitive tools to analyze the different roles, needs and opportunities of men and women. 5-Devise gender-responsive strategies for target groups. |
