Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine instructional leadership of public secondary school principals as perceived by teachers at Kampong Thom province...The results overall all pair of variables were strong, direct relationship with Sig. 2 tailed level of p <001 and the relationship is a positive 73.3% to 91.7% which means that as one variable goes up, so will the other one.
