Abstract:

This article, UNESCO/Netherlands proposal of two years, mentioned about capacity building in post-education in Cambodia- to contribute to the output of the global UNDP/UNESCO sector study through a sub-sector analysis on higher, technical and vocational education. It aims to design a national policy on higher education and vocational training; and to establish three long-term, sectoral inter-institutional linkage programmes between Cambodian post-secondary institutes and similar institutes in the South-East Asian region. |
